@JioMart_Support @JioMart My order was marked “Delivered” but I never received it. Raised complaint 15+ days ago, followed up twice on calls + on app. Your team replied with ticket 778232042586 saying “policy window exceeded”. So customers lose money if you falsely mark delivered?(1/2)
