"Managed decline" — that's not just a phrase. That's the entire European strategy for the last two decades. Here's what it actually looks like in reality: Your cities fill up with people who don't share your values. Crime goes up. You're told it's "racist" to notice. That's managed decline. Your factories close because of climate regulations. Jobs disappear. You're told it's "necessary sacrifice." That's managed decline. Your kids get taught to be ashamed of their own culture. Your history gets rewritten. You're told it's "progress." That's managed decline. And through all of this, your leaders stay polite. They use the right words. They follow the proper procedures. They manage the process "responsibly." But here's what they're really doing - they're negotiating the terms of your surrender. Making sure the collapse happens smoothly. Orderly without too much fuss. That's what "caretakers" do. They don't build, they don't fight. They just make sure everything dies peacefully. European leaders chose to be undertakers for their own civilization. Dress it up however you want - "responsible governance," "mature leadership," "nuanced approach" - it's still surrender. America under Trump chose to fight. Not perfectly, not always cleanly, but fight. And that's what terrifies them. Because if America shows you can actually reverse decline, it exposes what they've been doing all along - giving up while pretending it was inevitable.

How about it being 100% over budget, nearing $1 billion! Obama owes numerous local contractors and companies money, around $230M. He’s put local families out of business. And once they can no longer continue to work without being paid, he hires other families to fimish the job and puts them out of bussines too!! Not to mention a $40M lawsuit. It’s a never ending monstrasoty money hole. Good luck!

@mikehoffmann Buy an Absolute NNN freestanding retail property like a Starbucks or Chipotle on a long-term lease. They take care of the building and pay all the expenses. Landlord collects rent and does zero work. We call this mailbox money. Very passive.

He’s not lying; he’s referring to the RBOB gasoline wholesale price. This is the price that can be influenced to some extent. This is why he focuses on it. The retail price, set by individual retailers, cannot be controlled or influenced. That’s why he doesn’t refer to the retail price. Overall, gas prices are going down, and thats a good thing!
