@o2cando Hey. Nachfrage. Wann rechnet ihr mit einer Entstörung in 76187. Seit Vertragsbeginn zahle ich fleißig, Leistung erbringt ihr mit gutem Willen 10 %. Darf ich dann auch meine Zahlung um 90% reduzieren? Internet geht fast nix. Hoffe auf eine Antwort.
@o2cando Seit Wochen /Vertragsbeginn und wirkliche Informationen zum Störungsgrund liegen nicht vor. Zudem wurde mir keine Alternative geboten um wenigstens "etwas" surfen zu können. Wäre für eine Lösung wirklich sehr dankbar
@o2cando Wie eröffnet man ein Ticket? Habe den Notfalltechniker angerufen. Der sagte "nur" das eine Massenstörung vorliegt. Hat er damit auch ein Ticket angelegt? Die Frage ist nur, was genau das Problem ist und wann mit einer Behebung zu rechnen ist? Das Problem zieht sich schon 1/2
