Two women attending a counter‑protest in Crewe yesterday were subjected to verbal abuse by the usual individuals who frequent these events. Disturbingly, one of the women - who was in a wheelchair - was physically assaulted. A defence spray was deployed, prompting the assailants to flee. Present, as ever, was Auditor Chris Messenger, also known as “English Ned”, loudly remonstrating with the police for failing to arrest the victims rather than the perpetrators. I have attached images of the man who struck the woman in the wheelchair. Please share them, and contact Cheshire Police if you are able to identify him.
