We are aware of footage showing the arrest of a man after a disorder on Broad Street at 1.30am on 21 June. Officers found a group of men fighting. As the incident was dealt with, an officer was punched. One man was arrested and charged with assaulting a police officer.

The negatives are mostly seen once you stop, but here's what everyone's been reporting after quitting: -More charisma. Being quicker on your feet conversationally makes you funnier, more relatable, and approachable. You can talk way better with any group of people, not just close friends. This opens you up to more friends, romantic partners, and business opportunities. -Faster thinking/problem-solving. Things that would have taken you 3x as long to learn while being high (or coming off of a high) seems effortless when you've cleared your system. And it's not just education, but any hobbies or skills you're working on. -Discipline and motivation. This is big, because literally every change in your life requires these, and you can only get them in very short spurts when you've got THC floating in your system. Whether it's getting in shape, learning skills, making money, or building people networks, it's like a super human difference. And not to mention, discipline is essentially holding frame, and women find it much sexier. -Confidence. It's really not talked about enough how big it is to not have to worry in the back of your head if the person you're talking to is cool with weed in general, cool with how you act after you smoke, you not having to worry if they can smell it on you, and being more comfortable that you're not forgetting something. -Increased testosterone. There's a small group of people where THC doesn't do anything to their T levels, but most people see significant drops. More T means more muscles, more sex, more confidence, more of everything Alpha. -Way better diet and health. Munchies come for everybody, even people who plan to not gorge themselves. You'll lose weight, sleep better, feel better, just BE better. -Helps with dopamine regulation. You're always hunting for more dopamine with every puff or edible. When you stop supplying it, your brain learns to be happy with completing tasks that may not seem fun at first, but help build you up as a person either directly or indirectly. Everyone respects people who are totally on top of their shit. -Way more $$$ saved. Self explanatory. I'm not saying you're just some loser if you use THC habitually. I'm saying you can be so much better if you quit entirely, or even just make it a once in a while thing. Again, YOU know YOU. It's up to you to determine if the positives you're getting from weed outweigh not getting all of pros from the above list. Just give it a try for a few weeks. Try to find a different way to solve the problems that weed is solving for you. If it's not worth it, you do you. But so many people really don't want to go back once they've gotten comfortable not using THC. You got this shit! Be the best person you can be, not just the most comfortable person you can be.

I was blown away that the thing that completely worked for me was just flexing scalp muscles throughout the day. Raise your eyebrows hard so your scalp and hair move down towards your eyes. Then do the opposite by tightening the muscles behind your ears (as if to wiggle them) which will move your scalp back towards the back of your head. The reason everyone goes bald in the same places and not uniformly is because of lack of blood flow to the primary scalp locations. You can force the blood to flow there by working those muscles hard. Once you're tired from doing that, firmly rub the entire scalp with firm fingers to move the skin around. Inversion therapy can also help by using gravity to pool blood to your head.

That's great, smoking helped me get through things, too. Much faster than I would've without it. Everyone's got their own relationship with it, but a lot of folks when they quit start getting back things mentally that they lost. There are people who make THC their whole personality, and there's a lot of untapped potential out there. It's not so much fear mongering as a "consider what else you're capable of without it." And yes, alcohol gets overlooked too often.

We can only go off of anecdotes on this (unless there's some kind of formal study I'm unaware of), and many habitual users report improvements in the same categories when the only change was to stop THC. You know you better than must, just don't delude yourself that there's zero negative effects (but even then, some people think the negatives are worth the positives).
