@easyJet why is it that I purchased flights for a total of £1,180.88 and now when I come to change them for flights worth £1123.04 if newly booked am I being charged £600 for the “fare difference” when there clearly isn’t one!!

@easyJet So basically I’m in the same position as I was an hour ago with 2 vouchers which I’m now being pressurised to use within 12 months. However after these problems I don’t want to use easyJet. Therefore your misleading website has left me out of pocket and without a full cash refund

Thank you @easyJet for not giving me a full cash refund as requested for the flight you cancelled but instead sending me a voucher in EUROS which can’t be spent on UK flights 👏🏻

@KFC_UKI_Help fed up of incomplete or incorrect orders each time we visit KFC but today just took the p***. 6 items (highlighted) missing from our order!! Too far for us to go back so please issue a refund for those items asap. Thank you.
