Codex CLI on Linux has been broken since v0.137.0, and it's STILL not fixed as of v0.141.0 😩 Hit Ctrl+Z to pause a job, send it to the background, then run fg to bring it back... and boom 💥 Codex either crashes or just stops accepting input. Am I really stuck on v0.136.0 forever? 😮💨 Anyone else hitting this?…
