For those considering updating to the OS 27 beta. MacOS and iPadOS has a lot of bugs with screen capture and virtual displays. Mirage will perform worse

@rohntwts Titanium is way lighter. Also the slightly curved edges are really nice. I remember when I upgraded to my 15 Pro from a 14 Pro, the first time I took it from my pocket I almost dropped it because of how light it was, as I was used to the brick that was the 14 Pro.

@sasha_computer @luciascarlet (of course despite potentually being the exact same panel, you’re not getting past the issue of having a matte coating. But I personally don’t find an issue with it, especially when considering the price)
@sasha_computer @luciascarlet Yeah that’s a completely different monitor to what I’m referring to, I’m talking about the 27GM950B, which besides some firmware bugs, has been reviewed pretty high so far. It uses pretty much (if not the exact same) panel as what the Studio Display XDR uses.

@luciascarlet There may be other alternatives with the same panel coming soon, and from the reviews I’ve seen the matte isn’t all that problematic. But yeah if you want to spend twice the cost on Apple’s thing, I aint the one to stop you lol
