Less manipulations, more chances to earn. Or less manipulations, less chances to earn? 5-minute markets will use a 30-second average, while 15-minute and 4-hour markets will use a 60-second average. Basically, instead of resolving a market using the price at one exact moment, Polymarket will look at the average price over a short window. So if BTC briefly wicks above the price to beat at the cutoff but spends most of that window below it, the wick alone shouldn’t decide the outcome. Resolutions should depend less on one random tick, although it will probably change how people trade the final minute quite a bit. Be careful with your trades, make sure to disable your bots/rebuild it in time.
