Whenever we play a game, we usually play with someone else. Every worldly game involves another participant. But there is another kind of game, one that is constantly taking place within us. It is the game of the mind. The mind is so cunning that it does not even need another player. It is the only participant. It creates countless games and plays them all by itself. All day long, it carries on conversations, invents scenarios, argues, and tries to prove its point. The mind is very cunning. This tendency exists in everyone, some more than others. Yet this is precisely what does not please God, and it is something we must overcome. Whenever you come before God or sit in the presence of your Guru, do your best to quiet your mind completely. Reflect on whom you are sitting before. You are before the One who already knows every game your mind is playing. Therefore, be sincere and open before God and your Guru. The love of God and the Guru for every person is pure. So come before Them with the same purity. Simply speak from your heart, without letting the mind interfere. Then you will naturally begin to receive the blessings of God and your Guru. Играя в игру, человек обычно играет с кем-то другим. Мирская игра предполагает другого участника. Но есть и другая игра. Она постоянно происходит внутри человека. Это игра ума. И ум настолько хитер, что ему даже не нужны участники. Он один-единственный участник, сам создает много игр и играет сам с собой. Целый день разговаривает, что-то придумывает, спорит, доказывает. Ум очень хитрый. И эта хитрость есть у каждого, у кого-то больше, у кого-то меньше. Но именно это качество не нравится Богу и его нужно преодолеть. Перед Богом или Учителем постарайтесь полностью успокоить свой ум. Задумайтесь, перед кем вы сидите?! Перед Тем, кто наперед знает все ваши игры. Поэтому перед Богом и Учителем нужно быть искренним и открытым. Любовь Бога, Учителя к каждому человеку чиста. Так будьте так же чисты перед Ним. Просто говорите о том, что у вас на сердце, не позволяя уму вмешиваться. Never make fun of people because of their appearance or physical disabilities. Some cannot walk, some cannot see or hear, and some have a unique appearance. According to the law of karma, each person experiences their own journey. Is that ever a reason to mock someone? Even if a hurtful joke was made unintentionally, it is important to ask for forgiveness and silently repeat the name of God or your guru mantra. Life is like an ocean. We never know where our boat may be or how circumstances may change. Today, one person faces difficulties; tomorrow, it could be someone else. Everyone has their own path and their own karma. Yet we are all children of God, and each of us is equally loved by God, no matter what. Никогда не смейтесь над людьми из-за их внешности или физических недугов. What thoughts do people get stuck on most often? Thoughts about other people. They look at someone else and think, “They have everything while I have nothing.” An enormous amount of time and energy is spent on such comparisons. As a result, people focus on others instead of asking themselves: “How can I become better? How can I grow spiritually? How can I create a happier and more fulfilling life?” Few people are truly focused on their own growth. Why do you strive to become someone else? Why compare yourself to those around you? God has blessed each of you with unique gifts and wonderful qualities. So do not try to be like someone else. Grow according to your own nature and develop the gifts that God has already placed within you. На каких мыслях чаще всего застревает человек? На мыслях о других. Человек смотрит на другого и думает: «У него всё есть, а у меня ничего нет». На подобные сравнения человек тратит огромное количество времени и энергии. В итоге, что получается? Всю жизнь человек живет с мыслью о другом или других. Он не думает о себе и своей жизни. «Как мне стать лучше и развиваться духовно? Translated from Sanskrit, it means: “Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind.” Our mind is like a turbulent river, constantly flowing with thoughts, doubts, desires, and worries. This endless mental activity disturbs our inner peace and keeps us focused on the outside world. Yoga means union. It is more than physical exercise—it is a path to our true nature. Yoga begins when we learn to turn our attention inward and calm the restless mind. As the mental noise fades, the mind becomes clear and still, like a mirror. By beginning the day in remembrance of God, you create the inner conditions for greater clarity, purity, and harmony in everything you do. The first is bhakti – complete union with one’s Ishta, the beloved form of God. The second is vairagya – asceticism and complete self-renunciation, in which the personal self dissolves so deeply that it merges with the Supreme Self. There are countless universes, and each one is immense – filled with innumerable galaxies, suns, and planets moving within it. Against such a vast backdrop, our Earth is smaller than a speck of dust. Among the countless universes, all governed by one Supreme Master – Paramatma, God – our tiny Earth is hardly distinguishable. And on this Earth, there is you: one jivatma, an individual soul. God is an infinite force that encompasses all existence. Yet there is something that connects a person directly with Him – bhakti, unconditional divine love. Prem ke adhin – even this boundless power becomes moved by pure love. One who repeats the Name of God with Bhakti and sincerely calls out to Him will surely be heard. But what does it mean when we say that “God hears a person”? It is a state in which one begins to truly feel a connection with God. For every soul is a part of Him – this is truth. Through spiritual practice and prayer, when a person constantly remembers Him, that connection becomes stronger and more deeply felt within. Существует множество Вселенных и каждая из них огромна. Бесчисленные галактики, солнца, планеты движутся в ней. И среди множества Вселенных , у которых один Хозяин –Параматма, Бог, даже наша Земля настолько мала, что едва различима. В масштабе Вселенных она меньше песчинки. И на этой Земле размер дживатмы, сами можете представлять. Бог – безграничная огромная Сила, охватывающая все сущее. Однако есть то, что напрямую связывает с Ним. Это бхакти – безусловная любовь. «Прем ке дхин» – даже эта огромная Сила подвластна безусловной Любви. И тот, кто с бхакти повторяет имя Бога, искренне обращается к Нему, непременно будет услышан. Однако что значит «будет услышан». Это состояние, в котором человек начинает чувствовать связь с Богом «Бог слышит меня». Ведь каждая душа – частица Бога – это истина. Но как это почувствовать? True beauty is not defined by outward appearance but by tejas, the radiant light of the soul. Spiritual growth strengthens this tejas, while deep attachment to worldly desires gradually diminishes it. This light can not be photographed or perceived with ordinary sight. Yet, just as we can not see the fragrance of perfume but can still sense its presence, the spiritual qualities of a person allow us to feel this inner radiance. Tejas, the soul’s inner light, bestows upon a person a rare and profound spiritual beauty. Истинная красота определяется не внешностью, а теджасом – светом, который излучает душа. Never give ahankara (ego) a place in your life. Nothing displeases God more than that. If you are wealthy, you do not need ego. If you are beautiful and intelligent, ego is unnecessary. Everything you have is by God’s grace, not your personal achievement. It is His blessing that you possess these qualities. They are given to you so that you may serve God.
