大机构确实喜欢“可控、合规、性能确定性”，所以做专用链/联盟链/许可链/应用链是长期趋势之一。但另一条同样强的趋势是：资产发行/结算走专用通道，流动性与交易/抵押仍回到最深的市场。原因是钱在哪里、对手方在哪里、抵押品在哪里，决定了很多金融活动的重心。换句话说：即使 USDC 的“机构清结算”很多在 Arc/CPN 里跑，二级市场流动性、抵押借贷、衍生品定价未必会跟着一起搬家。文章把“支付结算层变化”直接等同于“资本市场/AI Agent 叙事都与通用公链无关”，论证不足。

对大多数 L1/L2 来说，gas 费收入通常很难稳定覆盖到“金融级公司想要的利润规模”，原因很简单： •费用会被市场竞争压低（尤其当目标是支付/结算基础设施时，更倾向低费率）。 •即便交易量大，单笔费用也可能很低，未必比“吃利差/储备收益”更强。 Circle/CPN 更像是要做网络效应 + 合规接入 + 清结算服务（也就是“收费站/路网运营”的比喻），而不是指望单纯链上 gas 变成利润引擎。CPN 的描述重点就是连接金融机构、合规模块、API、跨境结算效率，而不是“我们要靠 gas 赚钱”。

“稳定币=以太坊的压舱石”这句话只对了一半稳定币确实是链上最重要的应用之一，但现实是： •稳定币是多链分布的，而且近两年大量支付/转账活动是往更便宜的环境迁移（很多情况下是以太坊 L2 或其他高吞吐链），并不等于“离开以太坊生态”。 •以太坊的价值来源也不止“稳定币转账 gas”，还包括：L2 结算需求、资产发行与交易、借贷/衍生品等资本市场活动、安全性溢价、MEV/区块空间需求等。要证明“ETH 会凉”，至少要证明：稳定币发行与结算、链上资本市场流动性、资产发行与抵押品体系会系统性转移到 Arc/Plasma/Stable 之类的新链上，并且这种转移会长期不可逆。文章并没有给出这些证据链。
