Three months after the successful Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) IPO, the Privatization Authority convened a Post-IPO Luncheon bringing together the key stakeholders who delivered Kenya's landmark transaction. Led by Dr. Janerose Omondi, Acting Managing Director of the Privatization Authority, and Pius Mwendwa, Acting Managing Director of Kenya Pipeline Company PLC, the forum, which was also attended board members of the two entities, reflected on the IPO journey, shared lessons learned, and reviewed KPC's progress as a listed company. Transaction advisors also provided valuable insights into the execution of the IPO and highlighted the importance of sustained investor engagement in strengthening confidence in Kenya's capital markets and supporting the long-term success of one of the country's most significant public listings.
