3) we find some of the first, direct biochemical evidence for role of the CIOA3/Nar1 protein in cluster trafficking. I hope you enjoy the paper! we are very excited to have this out there, if only in preprint form for now
2) we determine that a disease causing mutation in Cia1 results in disruption of the Cia1-Cia2 complex, and as a result, client recruitment and maturation
