Srinagar’s traffic is a daily nightmare choked roads, zero accountability, pure chaos. But I still remember a time when one man made it feel manageable. Basant Kumar Rath @KangriCarrier the then IGP Traffic who was literally on the streets every single day, clearing jams with his own hands. Once a household had pitched a tent right on the busy road near the Kashmir University in the evening, a clear accident waiting to happen. I clicked a photo and sent it straight to him. Within minutes my phone rang. It was Rath saab himself. Bro go to the nearest police station right now, he said. I did and he had already spoken to the SHO. The tent was removed in no time. That’s what real policing looked like. Where is that energy and ownership now?

Every time RBI tightens the rules, but the loopholes are not closed. Why are banks more concerned about insurance than other things? Really for bank profits? 🤪 So much focus on insurance while core banking is being ignored. The system is corrupted. An overhaul is a must. Recovery, loans, promotions, and insurance sales , everything requires an audit. Accountability should start from the top, not just by hanging those at the bottom. @RBI @DFS_India @nsitharaman

Relative of GM got promotion & butter posting, but a officer had to quit job as he was denied home posting for ailing parents. Seen enough of disparities in Bank, few people going through harsh conditions coz few enjoying all the privilege. Who will serve Justice!
