The Illinois crypto transfer tax (SB 3019) would not apply to digital asset transfers made inside the Credit Union or Bank, as it does not qualify as a broker. That being said, I stand against any law that would limit the freedom of anyone’s financial movement.

The one thing you shouldn’t be doing right now is staring at these low crypto prices and not taking advantage of it. In a few months you’ll see exactly what I mean. You have a ONCE IN A GENERATION opportunity to pull your family out of poverty. All you have to do is a bit of research and have the balls to press the “buy” button when it makes sense to. There’s no half-stepping this. You’re either in or out. If you’re out, have fun staying poor. If you’re in, then it’s time to go all in. Worst case scenario is you’re back at your 9-5 living the life you’re already living now.

8 months ago today, crypto went through its biggest "mysterious" crash, and we still have no real explanation for it. In just minutes: Over $20 BILLION in positions were liquidated. Nearly $900 BILLION in market value was wiped out. Large caps dropped 60-70% almost instantly. Traders were wiped out. Portfolios were destroyed. Confidence in the market took a heavy hit. And to this day, nobody knows what really happened. Since then, crypto has felt different. It's almost disconnected from the rest of global markets, with every rally fading fast, even on good news. Now I just hope the Clarity Act gets signed into law soon, so we can finally put an end to this manipulation.
