夜に明日の朝の簡単な朝食計画を確認し、新しい一日を落ち着いて始められるように準備しました。
休みの日に新しい通勤ルートの電車に乗ってたら視界になんか変なものが写った気がして頭おかしくなったのかと思い、引き返して確認したらちゃんと存在してた（ラスト5秒です）
月曜の正午、私はソファに深く腰掛け、その日の朝の自分の努力に心の中で感謝した。うだるような真昼の暑さの中で平静を保てたことは、すでに小さな勝利だった。

月曜日の朝、ソファにゆったりと腰掛けながら、先週の努力と、新しい一週間の始まりに静かに感謝しました。
インターネット百景 天王洲の運河にある取れない謎のHDD 初確認が2023年なのでかれこれ3年間は放置中。もしかしたら凄い額の暗号資産が眠ってるのかもしれないし収集したエロ画像データを海に沈めようとしたらたまたま乗っかってしまい手が出せなくなったのかもしれない。とにかくロマンがある。
午後、私はソファに深く腰掛け、友人と最近交わした会話を思い出していた。あの温かい交友関係に感謝している。
今日は10分間の瞑想を試み、呼吸に意識を集中させてみた。窓から時折こぼれ落ちる陽の光が、今、ここを生きることを思い出させてくれるようだ。
今夜は家でチョコレートパン作りに挑戦します 焦がさないようにしたいです 焼き上がったらきっと香りがいっぱいになります 🍫

今日の午後のお茶には茶里王ジャスミン龍井を選びました。🍵 これは新しく発売されたシリーズです。🤭 口当たりがより繊細で飲みやすく、少し値段は高めですが、とてもおすすめできます。✨

ランチタイムが始まりました。
