The UK is going through accelerated changes with regulations. Especially in 2026. Working within these, and helping shape a framework where tokenised property can exist safely and responsibly is what propsShare is currently working on.
With regulators, government officials and so on.
We’re not here to rush hype.
We’re here to build something that lasts, aligned with UK law, investor protection, and real-world ownership.

This is primarily the reason why we are working on propsShare. A fractional ownership business in high-yielding rental properties in the UK. We spotted this shift happening in 2020 and it became very obvious last year that landlords were being squeezed out.
One key stat: on average ~10% of properties on the market on @rightmove are BTL. Last year that figure hit ~15% as more landlords exited the market.
The younger generation can’t access these opportunities, while institutions are buying at scale. We experienced this first hand running a large estate agency prior to propsShare.
