I’m proudly in my 40s, I teach multiple Zumba classes every week, and one thing I’ve learned is this: staying active is only part of the equation—how you fuel your body matters just as much. 💪✨ Every class I teach, every routine I choreograph, and every workout I do places demands on my body. That’s why I make it a priority to support my muscle health and recovery with regular exercise and enough quality protein. I’m so excited to be partnering with Protein KE 🇰🇪. Their Protein Pancake Mix and Dark Chocolate Protein Balls make it incredibly easy (and delicious!) to increase my daily protein intake—even on my busiest days. What I love even more? They’re proudly Kenyan, so I’m fuelling my body while supporting an amazing local brand. As women, especially as we get older, prioritizing protein and looking after our muscles isn’t about chasing perfection—it’s about staying strong, energetic, and able to keep doing the things we love for years to come. If you’re looking for a simple, convenient way to add more protein into your lifestyle, this is your sign to give them a try! ✨ Use my code ZUMBA at protein.ke to enjoy an exclusive discount on your order. Here’s to moving with confidence, recovering well, and getting stronger—not just for today, but for the years ahead. Because strength has no age limit. ❤️🇰🇪💃 . . . #ProteinKE#ProudlyKenyan#SupportLocal#BrandAmbassador#WomenOver40
Me. I’m a Gachau babe. I had ugali and samaki for breakfast then had my protein.ke protein, and pre-workout. Point me to the Quiver bouncer vacancies💪🏾
30 has me thinking less about doing more, and more about doing the things that matter consistently. One of the habits I’m challenging myself to build in this decade is being more intentional about supplementation. ✨Creatine is one of the most researched supplements for supporting strength, power and high-intensity exercise, while collagen peptides are a simple addition to my routine as I pay more attention to my overall protein intake and recovery. I’m not looking for a “30s transformation.” I’m interested in building a body and lifestyle I can keep showing up for for years, not just for a season. So this is one of my little 30s experiments: 30 days of actually staying consistent with the habits that support the work I’m already doing. Let’s see what changes when consistency becomes the goal.
