@irmygod It’s because they became trendy. At one point it was labradors, one point it was GSD and doodles are just overpriced mutts. A lot of working breeds are mixed but it’s all part of better breeding programs for workability not for aesthetic stuff. Plus doodles aren’t hypoallergenic

During the filming of "The Man With the Golden Gun" in 1974, stuntman Loren "Bumps" Willert executed a corkscrew flip in an AMC Hornet X. The stunt, a groundbreaking endeavor, was meticulously planned and tested with computer simulations for the first time ever, conducted by the Cornell Aeronautical Laboratory.

Cade Cunningham following 28 straight losses: "I've come to embrace a zen-like detachment. Victory and defeat, success and failure, these are transient states. What remains is the profound understanding of struggle, the beauty in persistence, and the subtle art of finding

@irmygod It’s wild the difference in skin color in Portugal vs Spain, lots of African descendants from moorish rule in Portugal but Spain kept things more white through moor rule. It’s where my family’s darker (than Spanish) skin comes from

@JeremiahSladeck There’s been some late game situations that have been a played harder and I like that. Teams trying not to get blown out and playing inventive defense late in games

My dad (a lifelong Rangers fan) breaking down watching his team win their first World Series. When my mom joked that he cried more than when I was born he looked at me and said “I’ve known you 23 years, I’ve known the Rangers all my life.” #GoandTakeIt #WentandTookIt

Bryce Harper is 30 years old. He has now spent half his life squarely in the limelight. He is a beloved teammate, a tremendous leader, an elite player and as clutch as anyone in the game. He is not just everything he was supposed to be. He is more.

@hhannah444 People were just terrible parents. Before modern nutrition they’d like dip bread chunks in water and feed it to babies instead of breastfeeding after a certain (too young) age to go back to work. It’s one of the reasons so many kids died before being toddlers. No one knew shit

@THE_KURZE The problem is poverty, a lot of the people poaching are just feeding families and the locals just honestly don’t care about the animals as much as westerners do. To them they’re pests in a lot of cases. So it’s good riddance when an elephant herd doesn’t tear up their shit now

@THE_KURZE Millions don’t pay for very much though. That’s the hard part it’s a lot easier for the game parks to keep poachers out of a small area but it’s extremely expensive to make a real impact over a large area. And most poachers are locals it’s like fighting in Vietnam, no real enemy

@THE_KURZE The problem is guys like this from any nation can be bought off and it’s extremely costly to send an American team or even an African team to track down poachers. It’s much easier to stop access to the animals than hunt down the offenders

@THE_KURZE They do. Locally born but military trained soldiers at game reserves. Malinois police dogs have been integrated in the last 5-10 years to protect nature preserves. The last white rhinos were under 24/7 armed guards, counter poaching measures look a lot like African military ops
