I’m troubled and unconvinced by tonight’s result in Virginia. The “commission model” sounds good in theory, but we already saw it fail in 2021. If it breaks again in 2031, the process moves out of the hands of the people and into a fallback system that voters don’t directly control. Redistricting shouldn’t be this hard.

Clarity shouldn’t be controversial. The CLARITY Act brings rules of the road to crypto, protecting consumers and removing uncertainty. Now is the time to move forward.
