The waiting time in emergency rooms or waiting for a referral is totally ridiculous and unacceptable, I’m betting that the politicians in Canada and elsewhere in the world don’t have to worry about seeing a doctor, changes need to be made NOW!!!!!!!!

I think it is so sad when young healthcare professionals are feeling overwhelmed and burnt out, I have worked in healthcare for 30 years and have never seen a crisis like this, the government needs to do a lot more to correct this!!

Many people I have met who are transgender do not talk about it and their experience of transitioning, I believe in sharing my experience and helping people understand and raising awareness, some people may hate me but I don’t care, I love who I am ❤️🏳️‍🌈

Since moving I had to leave my comfort zone and create a new one, being transgender made it difficult but the acceptance I have received has been awesome ❤️🏳️‍🌈

@GenderGP I have worked 22yrs in mental health and sadly I have met many young people struggling with being transgender, I always tell them, be you, love who you are, live your life as your true self 🏳️‍🌈❤️
