@TheStalwart @panekkkk @funky_junky_ Tokenizing real estate has always seemed a difficult and maybe not all that valuable use case to me. Parts of the process for sure, like title, you can do payments without actually tokenizing the asset, etc. But converting a real estate asset to on-chain liquidity... why?

@TheStalwart @panekkkk @funky_junky_ Interesting question! I think there's pretty clear value to putting titles on a public ledger, but that doesn't seem to be the question. Damage is an interesting thought. Default could be managed through the debt contract, but would require smart contract. No partial adoption.

The point is not that this is the right way to learn this stuff. Sometimes we put unnecessary barriers when all it takes is to get your hands dirty with the tools you will be using daily. I didn't have a lot of time to learn this stuff, I was pushed to learn quickly.

b) Because of the above, there will almost certainly be some flows towards more inflation-protected assets. So even if inflation doesn't "happen" you can win by recognizing the need / probability to rebalance out of an extremely profitable growth cycle. Not financial advice... 🤷
