@KrisZellner Studio wrestling, no matter the territory, just has the proper feel to get you to go watch a live event in your nearest arena. TV wrestling is one of the earliest forms of an infomercial.

KC Royals owner John Sherman's back ground is in the propane business. Right now all he is providing is hot air that doesn't doesn't catch fire even when there is even the slightest spark of life in the players. The management is good at being fire extinguishers to hot players.

@AllenDale235818 @FlannyMLB It's not just the GM, it's face of the ownership group, John Sherman is in way over his head. While John might be a KC guy, he should have stuck to propane because with the Royals all he gives us is a lot of hot air that doesn't ever get fired up even when there is a spark.

@TheVillianIWN It was over 15 minutes of ads on the replay I just watched in that gauntlet match. That's 37.5% of the match was in arena only and not televised. Maybe they are testing the next Rumble format? Entrance, 1:30 ad break, entrance, 1:30 ad break.

The gauntlet match on #wweraw didn't have enough ad breaks. It could have used a couple more. The match was pretty much entrances and ads. It was the equivalent of having someone come out at the Rumble then go to ad then have next person come out then ad, et etc.

@TimRiggi @MLBRandomStats These guys waste hundreds more pitches in the bullpen and do extra throwing sessions than last generations. Too much practice is leading to less good pitching on game day. Also there is the fact that mlb pitching has become increasingly watered down with each round of expansion

So the @Royals can have a results rain delay for 2 hours earlier this week, but when an actual lightning producing storm cell is sitting less than 20 minutes away with a tornado warning issued in Clay County, they were going to start 8th inning? You can't be serious.

@anne__rogers Same computer Q uses to make "analytics" decisions in game is also same computer they used to forecast today's "rain delay". I'm assuming it is some IT guy's fault for accepting a Windows update that took 2 hours to install.

@RealMissyHyatt Greico's better show was Marker. His character's dad died and he has to go figure out how to help each person with a marker. Also the show Key West is worth a watch. It's got that Early Edition type feel.

@awfulannouncKC @KCTV5 Sometimes I feel like it's a way for local TV to get a real time reaction to who and how many are watching a broadcast when they interrupt a live event. They do this instead of breaking in during a commercial break, where it will cost them money. They would rather run off viewers

@JoshVernier965 is this part of the problem with the team? Was the 2014/15 World Series was just an anomoly on the data set of analytics? Too many front office people the game has passed by as it has changed with technological advances?

@JoshChavis65 The biggest issue is they didn’t do a full reset after GMDM. They fired him, promoted his longtime #2 and left all other decision makers in place. Just takes one look at the front office to see why the team is bad. The same head of player personnel and scouting remained the same

@intheRoyalsZone @JoshChavis65 In a college setting this would be tenure and every one of these people would be an advisor to the next generation of educators. In the Royals organization, it's more like Congress but without voting. Once you are locked in, you can grift all you want, because no one gets fired.
