We’re challenging the Trump-Vance admin’s unlawful new restrictions on federal funds that help veterans, seniors, people with disabilities, and families find stable housing. The admin’s actions threaten to push people back onto the streets at the peak of winter. We will fight back in court.

BREAKING: A judge has temporarily blocked the Trump admin's unlawful restrictions on certain federal housing funds. This means providers won’t be barred from competing for lifesaving resources because they are in jurisdictions that don’t adopt the admin's ideological agenda.
We’re suing the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for restricting access to housing grants based on politically-motivated criteria. These federal funds exist to aid people experiencing homelessness — not to punish states, localities, and service providers trying to help.
