Good times in Canada! 🍁🦝💚 The #92 of Nicky Hays and Robert Megennis got off to an incredible start in today’s race, avoiding the opening-lap carnage and jumping from P9 to P4. The team executed another solid race, but the final round of pit stops cycled us back a few positions and they crossed the line P11. The #38 of Samantha Tan and Bill Auberlen was making steady progress through the field after starting P18. Unfortunately, a late-race drive-through penalty following a racing incident put a damper on what had been another strong charge and they finished P17. A huge thank you to all of our Canadian fans for making Big G feel so at home this weekend—you sure know how to welcome a raccoon! Next stop: Road America, where we can’t wait to get our hands on some Wisconsin cheese curds…

Thanks for the warm welcome Toronto! Big G loved exploring the city and meeting all of our raccoon loving friends. The perfect detour en route to CTMP this weekend for the next round of the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge. We hope to see you there! 🦝💚

One of those races where the result doesn't tell the whole story… The #38 of Samantha Tan and Bill Auberlen was on the move after starting P24, climbing through the field. Unfortunately, late in the race, the right rear wheel separated from the car, bringing what was shaping up to be a strong drive to an early end. A huge shoutout to Bill for an incredible piece of car control, keeping the car out of trouble when the wheel came off while loaded through Turn 10. It could have ended much differently, and we're grateful he was able to bring it to a safe stop. The #92 of Nicky Hays and Robert Megennis had a quieter, steady afternoon, bringing the car home P14 and adding valuable championship points. We'll take the positives, learn from the challenges, and come back stronger. There is no trash cannot, there is only TRASH CAN! 🦝 Next stop: Canadian Tire Motorsport Park! Gizmo has been anxiously awaiting his first visit to Watkins Glen after hearing about how cool this place is! He loves watching the cars zoom around the track, saying hi to all his friends in the pits and getting his paws dirty trying to help however he can. He’s extra excited for the grid walk and race tomorrow, and wants to make sure everyone knows to tune in at 1:05pm ET on Peacock!

The 2027 schedule is officially locked in and we're mixing things up 🔒  We've got the best road courses in the country and we're sprinting from coast to coast, with a comeback trip to Watkins added in for some extra excitement! Safe to say we can hardly wait 👊

I put way too much effort into this, but here we go. JP Martinez did indeed brake quite early, which seemed to have caught Derek DeBoer off guard. Let's do some math and see how much earlier the RS1 Porsche was on the brakes than the BMW usually was. #GTWorldAmerica

@VincentJBruins Thank you for repeating the analysis that we did Vincent. And yes, both drivers bear responsibility. I hope this helps fans to understand the nuances in these situations, and that it takes some real analysis. RS1 are great competitors, this happens at times.

At start of the replay, there was a lane to the outside where our car was trying to go. The Porsche broke quite early and moved right while doing so, closing the lane abruptly. Our car tried to go left at that moment to avoid contact, but couldn't. Both cars could have made better decisions all around.

Hell of a run @RandomVandals! I thought a class win was on the cards there in the final stages, but heck of an effort regardless. Y'all put on a clinic these weekend. Congratulation guys/gals.

GT4 America Race 2 in the books! Double podium for the #94 this weekend, claiming 2nd in Pro-Am today. Our other two cars didn’t fare quite as well. After a strong first stint, the #98 left the pit box and the car went into limp mode due to the heat. This put them down a lap in order to correct the issue. The #188 had a good race going until they got caught out by traffic exiting the pit lane at just the wrong moment. Evasive action was taken to avoid the other car, but unfortunately resulted in them tapping the wall and forced the car to retire. Overall, still a positive weekend on the GT4 front, and we look forward to the next round at Road America in August! 📸 5evenspeed #randomvandalsracing #gtroadatlanta
