@Jenny_1884 Its better than the boat (that they paid thousands of their own money) they used to travel to the UK. Its a cost effective solution during an economic crisis! Its a better life than what they had! What is the problem?

These were designed to help "smokers" come off cigarettes. There is not enough data "yet". Wait another 10 years! Then we shall see what damage they really do!
