@CharterCom I understand outtages can happen, however, not keeping your customers informed in a timely fashion is unacceptable. Service was down all day on March 7, 2023, yet no updates from 11AM to the time it was finally restored late at night.

@amazon Never had a problem with delivery until we moved to Land O' Lakes, Florida. Deliveries either come to wrong apartment, or they are delivered to mail room where signs state do not leave packages. It appears Amazon drivers here are lazy.
