Treasury can just issue checks for universal high income and if output surges faster than the money supply grows, you get deflation, not inflation. Productivity explosion → prices crash toward zero for most things. Abundance wins 🤔
Elon believes deflation will be the issue in the near future, not inflation. But how can that be 🤔 MV=PQ simplifies his thinking… M = Money supply V = Velocity of money (how fast money circulates) P = Price level Q = Real output / goods & services produced Rearranged, the inflationary price level is roughly: P = (M × V) / Q AI + robots make Q (output) explode much faster than M grows, and velocity doesn’t spike enough to offset it, P falls ➡️ deflation. The classic inflation fear assumes output grows slowly. In an AI abundance world, that assumption breaks, i.e. the singularity. Add in the fact that job losses short term are likely to keep increasing before this paradigm shift leads to job explosion longer term, and the short to medium term drivers of deflation are likely to outpace inflation fears from Iran war, money printing, etc. No 🔮 TBD
Fuck it‼️ Here’s my 2025-26 market call & plan: 1️⃣2025 Nov Jobs report weakens → Dec rate cut + QT ends → $TNX ↓ + final blow-off top into Q1/early Q2 2026 $QQQ $SPX 📈 2️⃣End Q1 2026/Early Q2 Black swan (tariffs/jobs/credit crisis/war/Trump surprise i.e. take your pick) → Fake correction Q2 with 15-20% dip → QE pump 💪 3️⃣📉 Short QE pump becomes dead cat bounce, followed by Q3/Q4 2026 inflation narrative returns, AI can’t save us, uncertainty rising, yada yada yada😭 Market crash💥 💀 late 2026. 🏁I’ve already started executing on my plan, smaller portfolio of Risk on assets with small caps, Crypto & hedges e.g. $TMF $EWZ. Started trimming positions for cash rebuild in Q4 2025, moving 40% into Cash, money market funds and short term Bonds yielding 4-5%. Short the top Q1/Q2 2026🚀➡️🪦 $SQQQ $RGTZ etc & start buying the dips DCA after the major crash 20%+💥 💰Q4 2026 into 2027. At least that’s what I’m doing with my DIY portfolio. I still have my standard passive investing going into my retirement funds mainly allocated to the S&P500 irrespective of what the market does, but I add significantly more on larger 🩸 dips to DCA better. Buy the fear, sell the greed!!! NFA, subject to change pending macro data monitoring 😀

$CRBU It still amazes me how many investors are shocked when a clinical stage biotech company dilutes shareholders via an ATM program… Sure the short term dilution of ownership percentage sucks if you’re a short term trader, but this is classic clinical stage biotech capital management, buyer beware🤷♂️ If the pipeline succeeds & the company is later valued much higher, this modest dilution is clearly worth it because the pie grows much larger than the ownership percentage that was given away. Whether it ultimately proves accretive depends entirely on whether the clinical progress & future value creation exceed the dilution. This is a nothingburger for long term investors in the company. It’s a great bear case for those shorting the stock or who have a short time horizon. It’s not rocket science.

It’s been below $1 before, if they don’t make progress this year on their pivotal trial or if cb-011 longer term data disappoints or a large macro correction in the stock market such as AI bubble pops then sure under $1 is possible. Risk management is important, don’t yolo on clinical stage biotechs. How about the potential catalysts? CB-011 longer term data and expansion continues to show strong performance, new business development deals, macro continues to perform well & interest rates actually drop within the next year due to deflationary drivers…? What happens to SMID biotechs when rates go down? All of these scenarios should be considered and more…
Sure could be another $sgmo if you consider allogeneic therapy to already be outdated & undesired tech… That’s a very low probability situation imo but it’s possible, sure. That being said nothing to worry about until at least late 2027, then we can have that talk again if there’s been no progress… In Vivo gene therapies are going to take several more years to perfect. Autologous owns the market, allogeneic therapies are the bridge until in vivo takes over.

To me this looks like they’re buying a bit more time for longer CB-011 durability data to secure a deal. At least that’s what my spidey senses are telling me… It’s a small dilution. Maybe they didn’t see the deal they wanted yet as it’s contingent on more CB-011 data so this bridges until then. NFA you do you
