@gobebakenya @gobebakenya You need to update your K-Gas listings. The brand is now called Rubis Gas. Your refill prices are not up to date e.g. 6Kg & 13Kg refill at Ksh 1510 and 3400 as of now. Accessories are also overpriced comparing with Rubis app. So update pricing and photos accordingly.

@danteayoh @KeEquityBank @danteayoh The Ksh 2.26 SMS alert feet is optional. You can avoid it by going to settings in the Equity Mobile app and turning off SMS alerts and use app/email notifications instead. Problem is Equity doesn’t make that very clear, so people think it's part of the transaction fee.

@KeEquityBank @KeEquityBank If a compromised email can lead to banking fraud, then security awareness must go beyond “don’t share your OTP.” Customers should also be educated on phishing, email security, MFA/2FA and SIM-swap risks. Responsibility doesn’t end at distancing the bank from blame.

@ayara_noline @CarrefourKe That’s frustrating 😕 I’ve had something similar happen when I placed my first order on the app. On Carrefour, it’s not enough to just enter your address—you also need to drop the pin on the map 📍 for your exact location. That’s what determines which store fulfills your order.

@elf_druid14135 @CarrefourKe I was double billed for an item once at Southfield Mall. I noticed before exiting the store. Still, it took forever at customer care to fix. Super annoying. 𝐓𝐢𝐩: Always calculate your total before paying & review receipt before leaving if final bill is not what you expected.

@anjanaab21 @CarrefourKe That sucks. Happened to me twice. If receipt shows missing items were "out of stock", expect refund within 24hrs (M-PESA) or 7 days (excluding weekends) if you paid via card. 𝐏𝐫𝐨 𝐓𝐢𝐩: If card refund is delayed, ask Carrefour for ARN number and give it to your bank to track

@Miss_Khaimia @Safaricom_Care The Safaricom app usually asks for your PIN twice and not more than that (as long as your internet connection is okay). If your device has finger print sensor, you can just use your biometrics with ease, less cumbersome than punching in the PIN.
