We all overestimate less enfranchised players' knowledge. When I lived in an apartment a few years ago and my neighbor said she played magic, I asked what format and she said "swamp".

I added in Ottawa and did more cleaning so that Izzet Elementals is now properly combined with 4C Elementals. Some of the cleaning might be a mistake, but if you're taking real sample sizes from any of this then...don't do that No china bc no day 2 system @fireshoes
