@LeiteCunha it's a few hundred thousand ploys. Part of the reason it's smooth is there are no dynamic lights.
@LeiteCunha Not using it for this demo but going to look at it once it's out of beta
@LeiteCunha So the specular is multiplied by occlusion and as you increase it the decoded light map gets turned down.
@LeiteCunha Our shader is basically Albedo = 0, Emmision =(((lightmap.rgb)* lightmap.a* 5) * (diffuse.rgb)) * (1 -(o.Specular*o.Occlusion));
@LeiteCunha And using AO maps for occlusion works well with reflection in the new standard shader setup
@LeiteCunha uses more texture memory but having repeating diffuse maps and specular with unique lightmap is cool.
@LeiteCunha If you separate the texture from illumination it makes it possible to scale the incoming light map and have energy conservation.

@Wolfire I put an IES light inside a white sphere in Maya, and baked a cubemap from inside the sphere. Brought into Unity and looked good.
