07/22/2022 - 10 road miles on a nice loop close to the cottage. 2,095 total miles for the year. 100 bicep curls/100 shoulder lifts with the @RedgeFit bands. My map didn't work on the FitBit app, but it'd be boring to look at anyway. 2 days left until my final #BlueHeronFarewell

@DARKSEAWARRIORS In using the bands, We don't recommend stretching the bands past 2.5 times its length (~300 cm) as it may cause early fatigue and product failure. Please send us your sales order number, shipping address, and a picture of the broken bands for our verification.

@MayorPwnage Do not use strong chemical products to clean the bands as they might cause the latex to become brittle or damaged. Avoid putting any heavy object atop the resistance bands to avoid pinching of the tubes.

@MayorPwnage Many resistance band exercises involve stepping and sitting on the bands directly. Make sure not to put it against rough surfaces like concrete and use soft-soled shoes to avoid damaging the latex tubes.
