How did the Xabi Alonso and Andoni Iraola moves unfold? Both are represented by the same agent, Iñaki Ibáñez, which must have been tricky for him. I'm convinced Xabi Alonso was Liverpool's top choice after Arne Slot, and Chelsea's No.1 target too. The message coming back, though, was that Liverpool weren't prepared to move Slot. He sees himself as part of a bigger whole rather than the centre of it. It's impossible to say who would have been the better appointment. Xabi Alonso is further along in his managerial journey. Iraola is still building his path. But what they share is a deep understanding of the game and of what modern football demands. My feeling? Both are going to succeed.

AKOMODASI / HOTEL Berdasarkan data Trip.com, harga rata-rata hotel bintang 3 di Kabupaten Bogor adalah Rp1.362.109 per malam, dan hotel bintang 4 sekitar Rp2.589.851 per malam. Asumsi 10.000 peserta dari luar daerah menginap 1 malam di hotel bintang 3 rata-rata Rp1,2 juta per kamar, isi 2 orang per kamar = 5.000 kamar x Rp1,2 juta = Rp6 miliar 4. TRANSPORTASI DI LOKASI (BUS/SHUTTLE) Peserta dari berbagai hotel menuju SICC dan kembali butuh armada bus. Untuk 14.000 orang dengan kapasitas bus 40 penumpang = minimal 350 bus PP. Sewa bus per hari sekitar Rp3-5 juta per unit. 350 bus x Rp4 juta = Rp1,4 miliar 5. KONSUMSI (MAKAN SIANG + 2X SNACK) Untuk acara pemerintah skala nasional, standar katering per orang per paket (snack pagi + makan siang + snack sore) sekitar Rp100.000-150.000. 14.000 orang x Rp125.000 = Rp1,75 miliar 6. SERAGAM / BAJU PUTIH Terlihat dari foto, seluruh peserta mengenakan seragam putih seragam. Harga kaos atau kemeja putih polos berlogo untuk acara pemerintah biasanya Rp50.000-100.000 per potong. 14.000 orang x Rp75.000 = Rp1,05 miliar 7. PRODUKSI ACARA (PANGGUNG, LED SCREEN, SOUND SYSTEM, LIGHTING) Dari foto terlihat panggung besar dengan layar LED raksasa, tata cahaya profesional, dan sistem audio untuk lebih dari 10.000 orang. Biaya produksi skala ini untuk event nasional pemerintah: Estimasi: Rp1 miliar hingga Rp2,5 miliar 8.
