@everyone You know... You can't always have "higher than normal call volume" because as soon as that higher call volume occurs 50% of the time or more it becomes your new normal and you're supposed to adjust for that so we all don't have to spend our lives on hold.

@MarkTakano @RepMarkTakano 3 of ? The VA Comp&Pen make a career out of denying benefits so you have to know that just telling them exposure to toxicity, being there, being sick, & having a diagnosis of CFS was "presumptive" was not going to be the end of the conversation. No, no!
