We’re now in calm before health care debate storm. Storm will break after Labor Day. If I were GOP, I would push DPC (Direct Primary Care) and DSC(Direct Surgical Care) as key part of reform package linked to HSAs (Health Savings Accounts) and catastrophic coverage.
