The Chemical leak in Garden Grove has officially been declared a Federal Emergency. Federal agencies can now expand their on-the-ground work to help the City of Garden Grove, Orange County, and the State of California with aid in: saving lives; protecting public health, safety, and property; and averting threat of catastrophe in the area. I am working with federal agencies to make sure that local and state authorities continue to receive the federal assistance needed to address the leak and keep our community safe.
