بينما يحتفل المسلمون في جميع أنحاء العالم بشهر رمضان المبارك ، فإن مشاعرنا مع العائلات غير القادرة على الإفطار سويًا و مع صيام عملائنا وحدهم في الحجز ومع أسر تفتقد احبائها الذين تم إعدامهم أو اختفائهم قسريًا. نتمنى لجميع شركائنا المسلمين وداعمينا وعملائنا شهرا يعمه السلام.
سافر حسين أبو الخير من منزله في الأردن إلى المملكة العربية السعودية للعمل وإعالة أسرته. الآن، هو معرض لتنفيذ حكم الإعدام عليه بسبب ما "اعترف" به أثناء تعذيبه.
من المفترض أن يكون حسين بأمان في منزله في الأردن، حيث يشاهد أطفاله الثمانية يكبرون - وليس في انتظار الإعدام في السعودية.
في المملكة العربية السعودية يعتبر "الاعتراف" الذي يتم تقديمه تحت التعذيب موثوقًا بدرجة كافية لوضعك في عنبر الإعدام. هذا ما حدث لحسين أبو الخير، وهو أردني وأب لثمانية أطفال. حسين أكد دائمًا أنه وقع على "الاعتراف" لوقف التعذيب.
علي النمر اعتقل وهو طفل وتعرض للتعذيب حتى "اعترف". وكان من بين التهم الموجهة إليه تعليم الإسعافات الأولية. حكم عليه بالإعدام. نحن نكافح من أجل الإبقاء على حياته.
