@mrahman4 If a company strives to build winning consumer products, shouldn’t they also ask if they should be consumer-led? Further, how to make that real? It certainly doesn’t live within design or engineering alone, or even in-concert. A (THE) critical voice is missing from this equation.

We’re cautioned, sometimes told, not to ‘reinvent the wheel’, yet we’re always trying to improve cyclical systems. Maybe we should just admit we’re all trying to at least improve the wheel a little along the way? Someday eliminate the phrase “when the rubber meets the road?” IDK

I have a perspective about a thing! I heard Twitter is where people share perspectives in always super respectful ways! Focusing on tools and process is important if they enable people and progress. I'll never prioritize a tool or a process if it burdens people and progress.
