@David_Jagneaux It’s possible, yeah - the box designs were sparse and some were just flat out terrible. But, I think it is part of a larger marketing weakness overall. They just didn’t market as strongly as Nintendo did.

@Pingui812 You can’t steal peoples IP and sell it. Valve also can’t set a precedent that companies can make something with their IP without permission and then grant it to them after the fact. DBrand was being dumb, period. (Or smart of this exposure is somehow good for them)

@mcquack306 I regularly tell people working on Nintendo fan projects to stop and devote their time to something else. Nintendo has every right, just like Valve, to protect their IP. If they don’t, it can set a precedent and other could follow suit.
