@bethpratt: Thank you for always being P-22’s champion. His life should inspire us to increase our efforts to expand habitat with safe crossings and land acquisitions and eliminate the poisonous rodenticides that have wreaked so much havoc among apex predators and other species.

I just gave welcome remarks to the newly formed California Commission on the State of Hate. The Commission was formed after @GavinNewsom signed my bill, AB 1126 in 2021. He included funding for the Commission in this year’s budget, enabling today’s inaugural meeting.
