Heard from a number of Agents over the past few months that they were losing business to Zillow because Z offered owners way more money than Comps suggested the homes were worth. Well doh, that is likely to cost Zillow $6.3M. Ouch businessinsider.com/zillow-offers-… #housing #realestate

This is the kind of email I started getting about a year ago that has had me feeling like we're in 2003, 2004. Could also be akin to 1998 to 1999. Bottom line, I don't care what the Fed or interest rates do.... if lending eases, prices will continue to rise #housing #realestate

@tomhouse I only learned this as an aging, aching pitcher. When things start to hurt you realize what actually works and what doesn't. That was in my late 30's. Still pitching at 56. And, Tom, I only just found my fastest way to heat up my body.... run backwards. I get warm 3x faster

@Michael_Cerami My oldest quit baseball for stuff like this And if the kid can't throw strikes, the coaches need to step in.... try another kid, coach pitch, pitch from closer, ANYTHING! So I blame the coaches as much as the umps which is why I started coaching for my youngest.

@amygmultimedia "-Rotation top priority". Couldn't agree more. If Giants had gotten Sherzer/Turner instead of the Dodgers they'd have won the division by 4+ games, and be beating the Braves now. Next year if the Dodgers have an elite 3 or 4 starters, the Giants better match up

Year over Year the past 30 day Condo comparison is: 240 Closing then, 249 now Avg Price = $1.285 vs $1.412M Med Price = $1.175M vs $1.255M $SqFt = $1047 vs $1,161 Condo prices clearly up about 10% year over year despite being left for dead by the media a year ago

249 Condos Sold in the past 30 days vs the 321 monthly average. The prior 30 days 270 Closed Avg Sold$ = $1.335M then, $1.412M now Median$ = $1.196M vs $1.255M $SqFt = $1,134 vs $1,161 Prices on condos obviously went up, while sales slowed

San Francisco Single Family homes averaging 261 sales per month. 339 For-Sale right now but only 272 were added in the past 2 months, so looks like 1 month of "real" Supply. Meanwhile 321 are in contract, so no matter how you look at it, Single Family Homes are still moving fast

@michael_schlact I'd fix it: Batter only 1 foot out of box for signs, 2 feet for broken bat or injury Five 15sec pitch clock violations per game No check swing appeal. Home plate ump sees MORE than "half swing" or he doesn't. You want offense, right? Electronic K zone = no more complaining

@RaymondStone Warriors time... Steph dropped 40 in limited preseason minutes. They shot 69 threes in the first one. Going to be a wild year. I tend to wait for playoffs to bother with the NBA but "Jordan's" don't come along often and that's who we get to watch
