@DPD_UK_Support_ parcel says there has been an issue, will be solved in 24hrs, waited and no update, called and told I need to tell the company I ordered from to raise it, then 6 days for you to look into, completely unacceptable and lack of customer service
@vintedUK for over a month I have tried withdrawing my findings, constant excuses and different excuses. When asked for (over 7 times) for the complaints team, get completed ignored. Can you please contact me with the complaints team
