@SouthwestAir still stuck at the airport and now out of pocket for a hotel with no luggage and no idea when we will get it. It’s in the 20s out and we have no jackets or medications Called to speak with an agent and the wait was over 120 mins.

@SouthwestAir 2 canceled flights in 1 week with no reasons identified and a 2 hour wait, no call backs just crappy wait music, to figure it out. Traveling with family and now we are split on to separate flights? What is going on at Southwest?

@RonPopeMusic @Delta Better than my experience with @SouthwestAir. Called me at 4pm on a workday. Left a msg saying my flight to Cancun was changed, and to call back. Called at 8pm… they cancelled my res because they didn’t talk to me live. Need to rebook. Different airports now. Out MHT. In BOS.

Nothing like that text at 3 a.m. that you're 6 a.m. flight is canceled. Thanks Southwest. Second time @SouthwestAir has done this to me in 5 or so months. On hold because since it was booked through travel agency for work can't just change it on line. Ok. Deep breath . . .

@SouthwestAir Checked into my flight on time yesterday. Last night my 5 am flight was canceled. Now having issues getting home. Some people can’t fly a day or 2 later or pay 1000 to fly home on another carrier.
