I am a J6er. They invented two crimes to crush us. Illegal picketing. A $50 ticket. I did 30 days in a federal cell for walking through an open door the police held open. 125 of us went to jail for it. I became the First person in Washington State ever sentenced to prison for picketing. Before January 6 this was a $50 ticket. Almost nobody in history went to federal prison for walking through an open door and chanting. Then they stacked a 20-year felony — obstruction of an official proceeding. A law written for shredding documents. They charged 350 of us. The Supreme Court later said they used it unconstitutionally. The same DC judges who sent dads to prison for a petty offense were the ones running lawfare against Trump. The same bench that called January 6 worse than 9/11 and the British burning the Capitol in 1812. Lawfare attacked Americans and the President. In 1874, two little girls were prisoners in a Cheyenne camp. A US Army lieutenant knew he was outnumbered, but had the audacity to charge in to save their lives. His name was Frank Baldwin, and he already had one Medal of Honor. He'd earned the first ten years earlier, at Peachtree Creek during Sherman's Atlanta campaign. Still alive. Frank Baldwin became the second man in American history to wear two Medals of Honor, and the first to earn them in two different wars. American audacity.

This one is heartbreaking. He spent 25 YEARS at Adobe. Senior Software Quality Engineer. More than 15 years of quality engineering experience. Laid off in August 2025. Then he spent more than a year looking for another job in tech. Applications filtered out. Recruiters ghosted him. Interviews that never happened. Eventually, he gave up. His next career? Driving a school bus. There is absolutely nothing wrong with driving a school bus. It’s important, honest work. But something is deeply broken when an American with 25 years at one of the world’s premier software companies can’t find another job in tech while we’re simultaneously told America has such a shortage of tech talent that employers need hundreds of thousands of foreign-worker positions. This is what gets lost in the H-1B debate. These aren’t statistics. They’re people. Before we search the world for another tech worker, shouldn’t Americans like him at least get a fair shot?
