Just done 1st day of Lvl 1 coaching course with Trys Burke. Now off to Summit to Sea to give my Around Wales talk! It's all go ;0)
No paddling for me at the w/e ;0( so I went out for a night paddle tonight ;0) classic! Nice big moon too. Piccies to follow ;0)
