@helsdell @TicketmasterCS @Ticketmaster @BSTHydePark @TicketmasterUK No, got a response telling me to go to the resolution desk with my some photo ID, the bank card I paid for the tickets with and my email confirmation. I wish they had told me I needed photo ID before I got on the train to London an hour ago.
