Peanuts compared to the mental health damage. There is not enough money to buy a soul.

@Erdayastronaut It actually has done enormous harm to wildlife. It wreaks havoc on nocturnal migrants, especially birds. Has altered the behaviors of insects. Just because things look ok, doesn't mean they are. Light pollution is still pollution. Adding more of it from space isn't better.

The *wildlife* world has suffered immense harm from artificial lighting, from insects to birds to squirrels and more. This disrupts the natural functionality of Spaceship Earth's Life-Support systems. As a human astronaut aboard SS Earth, please consider future habitability.
