I think this was the intended meaning for his Title. Since it fits him the most especially considering the Warriors of Kruga aesthetics are inspired by a mix between Arab and Persian. They use some Arabic words in their language like ( Abi, Umi), so I think Falcom was referring to this storm as his title.
