@trumprealparody Does a monkey see? Does a monkey do? Or is the monkey just judging me for not doing cardio today? Simple A. YES 🐒👀💪 #MonkeySeeMonkeyJudge #GymShame
Do I think America is on the right path? That’s a hell of a question. Loaded like a double-barreled shotgun. And it depends on which part of the road you're walking. But I’ll say this, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. I’ve seen the world. Fought in their wars. Drank their wine. Slept on their soil. And no matter how far I went, I always carried the weight of America with me. Because it matters. Because it’s mine. I’m grateful for it. For the blood and bone, it took to build. For the idea of it that a man can be free, raise a family, say his piece, and die standing on his own land. That's not a small thing. That’s everything. But you asked me if it’s on the right path. Well, we’ve been in a tug-of-war for a long time now. Between the ones who still believe in liberty — who’d bleed to protect their children, their homes, their names — and the ones who laugh. The smug ones. The ones who scoff when you say the word “freedom” like it's a punchline instead of a prayer. We used to admire the man who stood up for himself. Now they sneer. Now they say, “How dare you?” How dare you speak out? How dare you defend your values? How dare you refuse to bow? But I’ll tell you something. There’s a fire that doesn’t go out. Not in real Americans. You can shame them, censor them, call them names on TV — but you can’t kill their grit. You can’t erase what’s born in the backbone. There are still men and women who remember. Who fight? Who raise their children not to kneel, but to stand. The question isn’t whether America’s on the right path. The question is: Are we willing to walk it, even when it’s hard? Even when it’s lonely? That’s the only path worth taking.
A Job Like War Don't you just love it? It’s like walking into a battlefield with a hammer instead of a rifle. A busted-up apartment complex, broken down like an old drunk left in the sun too long. The tenants throw trash everywhere. Management's a joke. No discipline, no order. The last maintenance man spent all his time polishing wrenches while the place burned behind him. So they call you in. You're the new guy. And suddenly, everything is your fault. You're the bad guy because you're holding a flashlight in the dark. You're the villain because you’re actually doing the job. The tenants yell. The managers squirm. They point fingers. You nod, hire a team, and get to work. “Let them bitch,” I said. Because while they were flapping their mouths, I was filling the units. 600 of them. Every last one. Full. Lights on. Rent paid. Roaches gone. And when the owners came back with their soft shoes and wide eyes, asking, “What did you do?” I said: “I told your manager to shut up. And then I got to work.” That’s what leaders do. They take the blame. They clean up someone else's mess. They make the hard calls that don’t get applause. Hell, they get spit on for it. But a man doesn’t do the job for cheers. He does it because the work needs to be done. And America — it’s been run like that apartment complex. Rotting under lazy hands. Poorly managed. And now someone steps in with a toolbox and a backbone, and you all want to crucify him? Don't blame it on Trump. Don't blame it on any one man. The mess was here long before. The question is: who’s going to roll up their sleeves and fix it?

Go Where You Are Valued Trust me—this will change your life. It takes practice. It will be worth it. If they do not write, do not write them. That’s the first rule. You’ve spent your time sending the letters, making the calls, holding the door open, and waiting for them to come through. Maybe they never will. Maybe they never meant to. And that’s all right. You gave them the chance. But a man—or a woman—has to know when to walk away from a quiet room. The world is too big, and life too brief, to sit in corners with people who forget your name when you leave. You were not made to be small just to make others comfortable. You were not born to sit silently in the back row while they talk over you, waiting for your turn to matter. If they do not hear you when you speak, if they don’t look up when you enter the room—hell, find another room. It’s a hard thing to realize. You’ve spent years reaching out, thinking if you just kept showing up—if you gave enough of your time, enough of your soul—they would finally see your worth. But that’s not how it works. The truth is simple: those who truly care will meet you halfway. They’ll ask how you are—not because they should, but because they want to know. So go where they hear you. Go where your voice doesn’t bounce off the walls and vanish. Go where you’re not someone’s backup plan. Go where your ideas spark interest, where your laughter echoes, where your silence is noticed. Because you deserve that. Surround yourself with people who bring fire, not fog. The ones who ask real questions—and remember the answers. Loyal people with wild minds, honest eyes, and open hands. That kind of tribe—small, maybe, but true—can carry you through war and winter and every kind of darkness. Invest in what brings light. Not just comfort, but meaning. Joy. Growth. Build the life you want like a man building a boat he’ll sail far out to sea. Make it strong. Make it real. Don’t waste good wood on people who only show up when they need a ride. The world is wide. The clock is ticking. Go where you’re valued. Stay where you’re seen. And don’t look back.
The Cost of Grass and Other Madness By That Wild And Crazy Dude Roy Dawson Every year, the numbers climb like frost on a windowpane in December. Slow at first, then thicker, stubborn, and out of your control. Prices go up. You don’t know why. No letter comes in the mail explaining it. No wise man appears with a map. It just happens, and you're expected to nod along like a fool and say, “Yes, this is how the world works.” They say it's inflation. They say it’s just how things are now. They say a lot of things, most of them made up by people who’ve never had to scrape oil off their hands in July while kneeling in tall grass next to a machine that was supposed to make life easier. Now they want five thousand dollars or more for a good riding lawn mower. Five thousand to cut grass. Grass! The same green stuff that grows without your permission and keeps coming back no matter what you do. You'd think for that kind of money they’d give you something built like a tank, not something shiny with chrome trim and a belt system that snaps like a twig if you look at it wrong. Let me tell you something straight. I don’t care if the damn thing looks like a warhorse or a wheelbarrow—I’d rather have an ugly beast of a mower that works than a showroom princess that breaks down the minute it sees a hill. They put all the money into cup holders and decals. But they forgot the one thing that matters—the belt. That cursed, snapping, slipping, sorry excuse of a belt that fails just when you’ve got half the yard to go and the sun on your neck. And you bring it up. You say it’s too much. You say this ain’t right. And what happens? People look at you like you’re the crazy one. They defend the rising prices. They say, “It’s just how it is.” Maybe they’re scared to admit they’re getting ripped off. Maybe they’re too far gone, too cozy in their sleep. Not me. I call it what it is. It’s robbery in daylight with a smile and a warranty that doesn’t work. I had three lawn mower repair guys look at mine. Three. All under warranty. None of them fixed the damn thing. So I did it myself. Had to. Made a few changes. Not pretty, but it holds. That’s more than I can say for the original design. If I ever meet the guy who built that belt system, I swear I’d like to spit beach nut right in his eye. The old mowers worked better. My neighbor had one for twenty years. Didn’t complain once. Me? I’m lucky to get one season with out a problem. That’s not progress. That’s planned failure with a pretty paint job. Listen, if prices have to go up every year just because the calendar flips, then everyone ought to be getting a pay raise too. But that’s not how it works, is it? They raise the price. You work harder. You get less. The mower costs more and breaks sooner. That’s the new system. So go ahead and keep your shiny new machines and the excuses that come with them. Me? I’ll take the ugly beast that gets the job done. I’ll take truth over comfort. And I’ll keep speaking up, even if I’m the last man standing in a field full of noise. Because someone’s got to say it. And dammit, it might as well be me.
They ask if we should take back the land. The land that China bought. They ask it like it's complicated. It isn't. A country is not just a place on a map. It's not numbers on paper or ink on a deed. A country is the dirt under your nails after working the field. It's the wind that cuts your face at dawn. It's the old barns that creak in the winter and the rivers that don’t care about your politics. We sold them pieces of it. Sold it like it was cattle. Like it was corn. And now they own parts of the earth our fathers fought for, died for. They own it because we let them. Because we were tired, or greedy, or forgot what it meant to hold something sacred. You don’t sell your soul for profit. You don’t sell your flag, or your land, or your children’s future. Not if you remember who you are. Letting another nation—any nation—own your land is not business. It’s surrender. And you don’t surrender what was handed down to you by men who bled in the mud and died with empty bellies just to keep it free. This isn’t about hate. It’s about home. We let foreign hands grip our soil and then we wonder what happened to our strength. Well, strength doesn't live in a vault. It lives in the land. And once it's gone, it doesn't come back easy. Should we take back the land? Yes. Not because we hate who bought it—but because we love who built it. Because a nation that sells itself piece by piece will one day wake up with no pieces left. The land should belong to the people who walk it, love it, work it, and fight for it. No one else. You keep the land, or the land forgets you. And then you’re not a country anymore. You're just a name on a map.
Walked in, grabbed a coffee. A group of wealthy men laughed— “Let’s ask Mr. Roy, the Earth Angel, Master Magical Healer… he talks to God, right?” They stopped laughing when I said: “A real leader serves. Not to be seen—but to see others.” Let me help you wipe that smirk off your face, genius—because real leaders don’t flex their titles, they carry burdens. They don’t rule. They serve. And if you think empathy is weakness… You’ve clearly never led with power that heals. Real Leaders Don’t Rule — They Serve: Why Empathy Isn’t Weakness, It’s Power This world sadly, often celebrates dominance, toughness, and control. It’s easy to mistake empathy for weakness. Some think a leader has to be the loudest voice in the room, the final hammer in every conversation, or the person who’s always “above” the people they lead. But that’s not leadership. That’s just authority. And there’s a massive difference. “If your presence doesn’t make their lives better, what’s the point of your leadership at all?” The Truth Is: Real leaders don’t push people around—they lift people up. They don’t seek to be feared—they work to be trusted. And trust isn’t built through power… It’s built through understanding. 💡 The Power of Walking With, Not Above Empathy in leadership means: Asking, “What do my people need from me to thrive?” Taking time to understand the emotional and practical challenges your team faces. Celebrating success as a team, not hoarding credit. Saying, “How can I use my influence to support you?” instead of “Why haven’t you done more for me?” This kind of leadership doesn’t create followers. It creates more leaders. What “Weak” Really Means Some of the so-called “strongest” leaders: Rule through fear, Micromanage, Take more than they give... They might win in the short term, but they lose people in the long run. These leaders often lack the courage to be vulnerable, to listen, to care. That’s not strength. That’s insecurity in disguise. Empathetic Leaders Are the Future Leaders like you—truth-tellers with empathy—aren’t just necessary. They’re urgent. In times of crisis, it’s empathy that builds resilience. In moments of change, it’s understanding that keeps teams aligned. In the everyday grind, it’s compassion that keeps people going. A leader who feels is a leader who heals. Walk With Them If you find joy in walking with your people, not towering over them— That is your superpower. If your first instinct is to ask how you can help, instead of how you can control, You’re already leading in a way that changes lives. Not everyone will understand it. Some will call it soft. But over time, they’ll see you built something stronger… something deeper… something that lasts. Because the best leaders don’t stand above their team. They stand beside them. Hey! It's a miracle. Praise the Lord—your smirk is gone. Good day to you, gentlemen. This Earth Angel has something to do. Bye :)
Roy Never said that shit jack ass:) They sit in cafes and at kitchen tables, these people. They sit and talk, drink bad coffee, worse beer. They talk like they’ve been to war with you, like they know the way your voice turns at dusk, like they’ve watched you gut a fish or bury your dog. But they’ve never known you. They say you said something. That your favorite color is red. That you called someone ugly. That you whispered into some wind and the wind carried your words wrong. But you never said it. You never even met them. You wouldn't know their names if they were stitched into your shirt pocket. You hear it all secondhand. Maybe third. Some woman with crooked teeth tells a man who can’t hold his liquor, and he tells it to everyone like it’s gospel. And no one ever asks you. They just nod, like it’s truth. And they keep going, keep talking, because that’s easier than asking. You want to say, “No. My favorite color’s blue. No. I never called anyone anything. I don’t even know those people.” But you don't. You light a cigarette. You pour a drink. You bait a hook. You walk away. Because some people never grow up. They grow sideways. And you don’t owe liars an explanation.

"How Do I Know There Is a God?" You know what I love about writing? No one can interrupt me. As a kid, I had so much to say but was always cut off—misunderstood. People thought they’d heard enough… but later wished they’d let me finish. I meant well. I always did. In the early mornings in the woods drinking a hot cup of coffee, a man has time to think. Time—though they say it doesn’t exist. They say it’s a spiral. A dream I had said the same. But I’m not here to talk about dreams unless they tell the truth. Sometimes they do. They ask, “How do you know there is a God?” The same way you know the wind moves the trees. You can’t see the wind. But you hear it. You feel it in your chest, in your ribs when it howls through the cracks. You know the air is there. It fills your lungs. You live because of it. Same with God. Men shout loudest that they don’t believe in Him when life is easy. But when the engine cuts out, when the plane is going down and the flames lick at their feet, they don’t cry for science or philosophy. They cry for God. Always have. Always will. Because deep down, they know. They’ve known since the start—before the books, before the pulpits, before the churches or temples. They’ve sat under stars and felt something watching. Not judging. Just knowing. Something older than time, stronger than the seas, quieter than silence. They say we’re just bodies. A collection of cells. But tell me, then, where does love go when the body dies? Where do memories wait? Why do dreams carry you to places you’ve never been and show you people you’ve never met—until one day, you do meet them? I dreamt of a classroom. But it wasn’t here. It was there—wherever there is. They told me time doesn’t exist. That we bend it, walk through it, heal across it. That we can live in 2225 and 1925 in the same breath. That we carry pain from places we haven’t been born into yet. That maybe the future aches inside us before it ever arrives. I woke up and believed them. You don’t have to see a thing to know it’s real. That’s what faith is. It’s not weakness. It’s knowing what your bones already whisper to you when the world is quiet. That there is more. That there has to be. Maybe you don’t believe in God. That’s fine. He still believes in you. Maybe you curse Him. Maybe you don’t speak His name unless it’s in desperation. But He hears it, every time. They say the universe is vast. I believe that. But I also believe it's not empty. There’s meaning tucked between the stars. There’s structure behind the chaos. There’s poetry in the dust. So I don’t need proof. I’ve seen enough. In the blood-red sun over the mountains. In a child’s laugh. In the final breath of a dying man who smiles like he’s seen home. That’s how I know.

The Quiet Strength of Cheering Others On A man has few things he can give away freely that come back twice as strong. A firm handshake. A clean word. A toast raised not for himself, but for another’s victory. These things cost you nothing, but mean everything in the moments they’re needed most. We spend too much time wrestling with envy. Too much time measuring ourselves against others. The modern world is loud with comparison. Every man staring at another man’s plate, asking why it’s fuller than his own. But that’s a fool’s game. The plate doesn’t matter. What matters is the appetite for life and the quiet joy of seeing someone else fed. There is power in wishing others well. Not a fake kind of cheer. Not the hollow clapping that happens when your boss gets a raise while cutting your hours. No—I mean the genuine kind. The kind that starts deep in the gut. That kind of gladness that comes from seeing your brother win, even when you're still in the trenches. The kind that says, “You made it. Good. Keep going.” We are not meant to be wolves circling each other in the dark. Not always. Sometimes we are meant to be the firelight in another man’s cold night. A small thing. A like on a post. A word of encouragement. A cheer from the sidelines. These things matter. They build something invisible, but stronger than steel—hope. You want to feel better? Truly better? Then root for someone. Try it. Cheer for someone who has what you want. Like the post of a man who’s doing what you wish you could. Watch how it shifts something inside. The bitterness loosens its grip. The chest gets lighter. The mind stops gnawing at itself. You remember that success is not a pie to be divided, but a fire that spreads—brighter when shared. You do that enough times, and you’ll start to notice something: the sickness around you lessens. Tensions ease. People smile more. Blood pressure drops. Not just metaphorically. Literally. Your body knows when you’ve stopped fighting ghosts and started feeding light. This world is too quick to tear down. Be one of the builders. So hit the like button. Mean it when you do. Say, “I see you. I’m glad you’re winning.” Even if your own hands are blistered from the climb. That kind of strength isn’t loud, but it echoes. It turns a bitter town into a kinder one. A fractured life into a fuller one. We need less competition. More camaraderie. Less envy. More grace. Because when one of us rises, it proves we all can. And when we cheer for that rise, we rise a little too. This is my way of cheering you on — way to go! 👏 Now go get ’em. 💪🔥 #KeepGoing #ProudOfYou
The Storm Came Without Asking The thing about storms is—they never ask permission. They don’t knock. They arrive. Sudden. Unforgiving. You might catch the sky darkening, but by then, it’s already too late. The wind’s tearing at the door, and it doesn’t care if you're ready. Doesn’t care if you just set your life in order, or if your hands are still shaking from the last fight. It comes anyway. This one wasn’t just in the sky. It was in my gut. The kind that doesn't just rage—it reveals. It pulls you in and doesn’t let go until you’re raw and aching. It drags up things you thought you buried. People you thought you trusted. Lies dressed up like kindness. And you? You were starving—so you ate. I was lost for a while. No map. No compass. Just the weight of names and faces that wore love like a mask. Friends, they said. Lovers, maybe. But some people aren’t made of anything real. They peel you back, slow and cruel, like bark off a tree— until you forget the shape of your own name. And still, you smile because you don’t know what else to do. But this storm— It didn’t just tear. It exposed. It showed me the rot. The softness I mistook for strength. And the truth? It hurt. Like a knife pulled out slow. I used to think they meant well. That they were trying. Even when they failed me. But now I see it for what it was. It wasn’t me. It was never me. It was them— people who twist truth into a weapon, who smile with venom tucked behind their teeth. And I let them. That’s the part that cuts deepest. I handed them the blade. But something shifted. Maybe the storm was a gift. It blew the fog from my eyes. Held up a mirror. And for the first time, I saw what they’d taken— and more importantly, what they couldn’t. My soul. My strength. My grit—the kind born from blood and broken bones. And there was someone else in the storm. Not an enemy. Not a savior. Just someone who stood still while everything shook. They didn’t try to fix it. Didn’t hand me a map. They just stood there. Steady. And in that silence, I found my truth: I didn’t have to keep fighting for something already dead. Didn’t have to carry their brokenness like penance. I could drop it. Let the wind take it. So I did. But let’s talk about the games—the real ones. The Dark Souls kind. Twisted. Cruel. Venom-soaked. Designed by people who smile with their teeth but never with their eyes. Hexes in high heels. Demons in designer shoes. Professionals of pain. They didn’t just want me out. They wanted me gone. Erased. Six feet under with a eulogy full of lies. And I won’t lie—I danced with devils. I stepped into their ring. Surrounded by shirtless henchmen with too many muscles and not enough mercy. Blood in my mouth. Fists up. Prayers on my knuckles. Every hit they threw—I gave it back. A counterpuncher, always. You try to bury me? I’ll make sure the dirt ends up in your eyes too. They came with tricks. With spells. With malice dressed in silence. But I didn’t fold. They weren’t ready for that. One even said sorry. Black eye, busted pride, apology like a whisper. Too late. I’d already walked away. Because I learned something. The power they had? I gave it to them. And I could take it back. So I did. And now? I’m lighter. Not because I forgot. Because I forgave—myself. For staying too long. For trusting too deep. For ignoring the voice that always knew. I left their game behind. Took my ball and walked away. And the storm? It’s passing. But it didn’t leave ruin behind. It left space. Space to build something better. Not just survival. Something close to joy. A peace that doesn’t need to shout. The kind that just is. There’s freedom in that. Hard-won. The kind you earn by walking through fire and coming out the other side— not unburned, but alive. Still standing. Still trying. The past? It’s a scar now. I don’t forget. But I don’t bleed anymore. Those manipulators—those shape-shifters— they’re stuck in their shadows. The game’s over. The only thing they can do now is watch. Watch me rise. Watch me thrive. Watch me take what they never wanted me to have— peace. And the flowers. Hell yes, the flowers. Because men who’ve walked through hell? We love flowers. We know what it costs to see something bloom after everything’s burned. And I’ve earned every last one. So here’s to the storm— To what it took, and what it gave. To the blood. To the bruises. To the truths that broke me and the strength that rebuilt me. I’ve danced with devils and lived to tell it. And now? I walk forward. Lighter. Wiser. Free. They can twist in their lies all they want. Cling to the power they no longer have. I’ve made peace with the fire. And I’ll grow flowers from the ashes. That’s the kind of ending you don’t come back from. That’s the kind of ending that starts something. I’ve made peace with the fire. And I’ll grow flowers from the ashes. That’s the kind of ending you don’t come back from. That’s the kind of ending that starts something. So here’s to the quiet things. To soft mornings and strong coffee. To the sound of your own laugh when no one’s watching. To the friends who show up when the storm hits. To peace—not loud, not proud—just present. To joy that doesn’t need permission. To the mirror that finally tells the truth. To the kind of strength that doesn’t have to prove itself anymore. And the kind of love that doesn’t ask you to bleed first. Here’s to the simple things. The real things. The ones they couldn’t take. And to the version of me who made it out— Not perfect. But whole.

The Power of the Empathic Leader: Understanding the Strength of Quiet Strength There’s a quiet power that rests in the heart of an empath, a strength that few understand, but many mistake. The world often writes off these individuals as soft, as gentle souls who don’t possess the backbone required to lead. They don’t understand that the very kindness which empaths display is a weapon. It’s a weapon tempered with insight, driven by intuition, and sharpened by the ability to read the truths hidden behind the masks others wear. Take, for example, Abraham Lincoln. The man who led this country through its darkest days—through the blood and the smoke of the Civil War—was more than a politician, more than a general; he was an empath. He understood people in ways that were almost uncanny. He could listen to someone speak and know when they were lying. He could feel the pulse of the nation, the suffering of the common folk, and he would make decisions based on that understanding. Lincoln knew that the country couldn’t be won by brute strength alone, but by leading with compassion, understanding, and a deep commitment to the values of equality and liberty. Then, there was George Washington. We often think of him as the stoic, the father of this nation. But beneath that strong exterior was a leader who, despite his often cool demeanor, guided with empathy. His success lay not just in his military strategy or in his leadership during the Revolution, but in his ability to connect with the men under his command. He knew their struggles, their dreams, and he made decisions that were not just for the betterment of the elite, but for the common man as well. It was this empathy that earned him the respect of his men and, ultimately, the respect of the nation. But here’s the thing people get wrong about empaths. They see the kindness and think it’s weakness. They think that someone who is in tune with others’ emotions, who wants to understand what makes people tick, is easily manipulated or too soft to stand their ground. They couldn’t be more wrong. When the empath gets out of their head—when they stop doubting their instincts and trusting their ability to understand others—that’s when the true power lies. That’s when they become the most powerful of all leaders. You see, empaths have a radar. They can smell a liar from a mile away. They can tell when something’s off, even when the rest of the room is blind to it. This kind of intuition is a leader’s greatest asset. It allows them to see through the noise, to cut through the chaos, and to focus on what truly matters. The enemy doesn’t understand them. Narcissists can’t stand them. Psychopaths don’t know how to deal with them. Why? Because empaths know too much. They read the room before the room even knows what it’s about. They can sense the hidden motives, the agendas being pushed, and they move with a calm certainty, sticking to the facts, always calm, never rattled. It drives their opponents crazy. But here's the truth: empathy is not a weakness; it’s a source of power. We don't need to be right all the time. We don’t have to assert our dominance or shout the loudest. The facts are our armor. The truth is our sword. And when an empath leads, they don’t lead from a pedestal. They lead from the trenches. They lead side by side with their people, not above them. In the end, the best leaders are not the ones who demand loyalty from their people but the ones who earn it by walking alongside them. It’s not about control. It’s not about making others submit. It's about understanding them. It’s about knowing what drives them, what challenges them, and using that knowledge to lift them up and help them achieve their best. So, to those who still believe that empaths are weak or too soft for leadership, take a moment to consider history. The greatest leaders weren’t the loudest, nor the most forceful. They were the ones who understood. They were the ones who led with their hearts and their heads, always in balance. They were the empaths. As for myself, I’m an empath, and my enemies are not laughing anymore. Some of them are crying. The truth is, empathy, when you understand its depth, becomes an undeniable strength, a force that cannot be reckoned with. It’s like the old saying about black magic—it often has a way of backfiring on those who try to use it with malice. This is not a weakness; it is a deeply intuitive power that, when honed, becomes a force that leaves others struggling to understand what hit them. People often underestimate empaths. They mistake kindness for softness, thinking that being gentle means being weak. But let me tell you this: kindness, intuition, and an unshakeable understanding of people are not weaknesses. They are, in fact, weapons. The ability to read a person’s intentions, to understand the hidden motives behind their words, is something that can never be taken for granted. It is this skill that allows an empathic leader to see the truth where others are blind, to make decisions that resonate with the soul of the people they serve. There is no real power in control. There is no strength in trying to force people to follow. True power comes from understanding, from standing alongside the people you lead, sharing their struggles and their dreams. It’s not about dominance; it’s about walking together. When you have skin in the game, when you truly care for the ones you lead, that’s when you inspire loyalty. That’s when you inspire greatness. I’ve lived this truth. And while my enemies may not laugh anymore, they’re not getting what they expected. They didn’t understand the quiet power of an empath—and now, they’ve learned. Some may even be crying, realizing too late the strength they tried to dismiss. It’s not about being right all the time; it’s about seeing the truth, understanding people, and leading with both heart and mind. Empathy is power. It always has been, and it always will be.
