NHS England have done nothing for GP practices in the past 8 years There has been no public support, they have promoted top down more costly services, with little cost benefit analysis In private they have cut funding whilst publicly promoted anything other than GPs Change needed

So @gmcuk has just emailed me demanding its annual £455 registration fee. But given the GMC's reckless stance on PAs, please could @TheBMA consider a national VONC in them? If we withheld our fees, the govt would have to intervene. I want a GMC that protects my patients 🤷‍♀️

@RCollEM @RCEMpresident @Channel4 @krishgm Two problems for a start are not enough GPs and not enough Social Care. This also spreads to not enough Dentists. We drive about and you see all these houses being built but there are no extra services being put in place.
